Terms and Conditions – Brand Protection & Legal Notice

  1. Intellectual Property Rights
    All logos, brand names, slogans, product designs, packaging styles, content, photography, and marketing materials used by House of Sameer Raza are protected under international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or modification is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.
  2. Trademark Usage
    The brand name ‘House of Sameer Raza’, including its logo and visual assets, are registered trademarks of House of Sameer Raza. No individual or entity is permitted to use these marks without written authorization.
  3. Counterfeiting & Misrepresentation
    The creation, promotion, or distribution of fake products, or misrepresentation of association with House of Sameer Raza, is a criminal offense. All violators will be prosecuted with full legal force, including civil damages and criminal liability.
  4. Vendor & Manufacturing Misconduct
    Any third-party manufacturer, supplier, or contractor working with House of Sameer Raza must strictly adhere to approved quantities and practices. Overproduction, unauthorized gifting, black marketing, or leaking designs will be treated as a breach of trust and result in termination of contract, legal action, and permanent blacklisting.
  5. Brand Reputation & Online Conduct
    Negative publicity, defamatory remarks, or attempts to harm the reputation of House of Sameer Raza via online platforms, media, or social commentary will be treated as defamation. Legal suits will be filed for libel, slander, and reputational damage.
  6. Prohibited Resale & Distribution
    House of Sameer Raza products may only be sold through authorized platforms and stores. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial gifting is strictly forbidden and may lead to product seizure and legal action.
  7. Brand Surveillance & Reporting
    Our legal team actively monitors physical and digital platforms for any misuse of brand elements, unauthorized use, or counterfeit activity. Suspected violations may be reported to contactus@sameerraza.com
  8. Legal Jurisdiction & Enforcement
    These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates & India. Disputes shall be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction. House of Sameer Raza reserves the right to take action internationally if required.
  9. Updates & Modifications
    House of Sameer Raza may revise this policy without prior notice. All users, vendors, and customers are expected to stay updated by reviewing this document regularly.
